Q: How do I know if the jobs that are posted are still available?
A: Jobs will stay on jobsforall.com untill the employer decides whether or not to take the posting down. As long as the posting is still on the site and the Apply link is visible, then the employer is still accepting applications for the specific job.

Q: What happens when I apply online?
A: When you see a job that you would like to apply to, you can click the Apply link at the bottom of the posting. When you click Apply , you will have to log into jobsforall.com if you were not previously logged in. Once you are logged in, but do not have any resumes stored, when you click the Apply online link, you will get a message that says "Please Build Your Resume first" You will then have the option to Create a New Resume.

Q: What should I use for keywords?
A: Enter keywords for the jobs skill you would like to see. Entering keywords as part of your search will result in links to jobs containing those words . Keywords should be skillsset of the required jobs. Eg: Asp,java,Sql etc.

Q: Can I get any additional information on a job posting other than what is listed?
A: Since employers post their own jobs, they will only include the information that they want the job seeker to have. Also, most companies have corporate web sites that you may find helpful.

Q: How can I confirm that an employer has received my resume when I apply online?
A: Once you successfully apply online to a position, it will be listed in your "Track Application" History in your jobsforall.com account. You can also follow up with the employer if they list any contact information.

Q: How do I update my email address or change my password?
A: In order to change the email address on your account and in our database you need to login to jobsforall.com , then click on "View /Edit Profile " . Enter your new email address in place of the existing address, enter your password at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes and then click Submit.

Q: Can I tell which employers have accessed my resume off of the searchable database?
A: We do not track who has seen your resume. Our subscribing employers have expressed their desire to remain anonymous and we honor this request. The employers will contact you if your qualifications meet their needs.However you have the option of blocking your resumes from any employers you wish.You can do so from block/unblock company link on jobsforall.com.

Q: What does this error mean?
A: You are bound to run into error messages occasionally while surfing the Internet. Here are some examples of the errors that you are most likely to run into: Microsoft OLE for SQL server error- Occurs when our database management system that responds to queries is not functioning correctly. This may prevent you from logging into jobsforall.com, creating or editing a resume, or accessing your agents. HTTP 404 File Not Found or Page Cannot Be Displayed- Occurs if there is a failure in the connection between your browser and our server or if the URL is not entered correctly. You can often bypass this error by clicking refresh or reload on your browser toolbar. HTTP 500 Internal Error-Occurs when the file or web page cannot be accessed because of server-configuration problems. This occurs when our server "goes down." CreateRecordset error '8004166a' Expecting Phrase- Occurs when there is extra punctuation in the criteria of a keyword search. For example, if you had a comma after your last keyword, this error would occur.

Q: How do I enable my cookies?
A: Please follow the below instructions on how to enable cookies.
Netscape:
Go To Edit
Click Preferences
Click Advance
Be sure the box that says Accept all cookies is checked off. Click OK to Exit

Internet Explorer:
Go To Internet Options
This is under either View or Tools depending on version.
Click Security Tab
Click Custom Level
Scroll Down to Cookies
Enable Cookies should be checked off. If it is not, please check it off.
Click OK to Exit

AOL (v4.0) For Windows:
Click Start Menu from Desktop
Click Settings, then Control Panel
Click the Internet Icon
Click the Advanced tab and scroll down until you see the word Cookies.
Click Always accept Cookies.
Click Apply and then OK to exit.

AOL (v4.0) for Mac:
Click Members or My AOL
Click Preferences
Click WWW or web
Click Advanced tab and scroll down until you see the word Cookies.
Enabled should be checked off. Click OK to exit.
